Erin Cluff

Erin Cluff is the CEO and Managing Partner of SOAR BEYOND, LLC, a boutique consulting firm with expertise in logistics operations, supply chain management, unmanned aviation, strategic planning and corporate leadership training.  An accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience, Erin is known for her exceptional capacity to forge win-win connections between people and possibilities across diverse fields. 

Erin draws from experience in roles ranging from Principal Advisor to senior international military leaders to Air Force Colonel, Commander, emergency response leader and logistics/wartime strategist.  She understands how to assess a rapidly evolving situation, navigate the complexities of supply chains and timelines, and achieve highly successful outcomes for stakeholders with divergent agendas. Trusted by high- performing individuals and organizations, including the Secretary of the Air Force and multi-billion-dollar international companies, Erin has a proven track record as a motivational leader, expert consultant, and decisive change agent. 

Dr. Tonjia Coverdale

Dr. Coverdale is a technology executive, professional and scholar who has cultivated her unique perspective through industry best practices, strategic focus, academic theories and applied research within nearly 30 years’ experience and three degrees in technology. Bold, vibrant, and passionate, she is an executive strategist who leverages emerging technologies within a people-centered context. Tonjia is currently SVP, Chief Strategy Officer in Operations and Technology at Associated Bank. She is responsible for guiding, challenging and providing practice support for the planning, long term development and effective delivery of the bank’s operations and technology strategic plans and ambitions. She was previously with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company where she launched the enterprise data partner solutions team to mobilize data strategies for the entire enterprise including all lines of business and corporate functional units, led the finance technology team and strategized modernization efforts for enterprise performance management, planning/budgeting, risk management, treasury management, and regulatory reporting and drove strategic initiatives to support 25,000+ associates and led modernization efforts to support operations, compliance, litigation, and philanthropy as the leader of the workforce and legal technology team. Prior to joining Nationwide, Tonjia served as VP for Information Technology and Academic Innovation at Central State University and led the university’s digital transformation as their Chief Information Officer. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Science both in information Science and Systems from Morgan State University and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Doug Dreyer

Doug Dreyer is the founder of Mind Gear Solutions, a strategic advisory firm, and former executive at Lockheed Martin, Vencore, and Parsons Corporation. With over 30 years of experience in technology development, program management, and business development, he has delivered value to government and commercial customers in defense systems, space, telecommunications, public infrastructure, cyber security, and health technology markets. Doug has a strong technical background in systems development, autonomous control and communication systems, systems engineering, artificial intelligence, and software development. He has led successful corporate capture campaigns resulting in over $8B in wins and participated in multiple company acquisitions, spin-outs, and an IPO with a total value exceeding $4B. Doug earned a BS from Penn State University and an MS from Drexel University.

John Harris

John Harris, CISSP, is the Director COCOMs and Integrated Development for SES Government Solutions.  In this role, he develops and delivers customer solutions employing GEO and MEO high throughput satellite (HTS) fleet capabilities, managed services, and end-to-end solutions.  Retired Colonel John Harris’ Army career spanned over 30 years.  He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1993.  He led two Geographic Combatant Command Joint Cyber Centers and has extensive experience leading and shaping Joint organizational structure to support Department of Defense Networks, Defensive Cyberspace Operations, Cyber Effects Operations and integrating intel into cyberspace operations and planning.  John has strong experience leading organizations supporting National Leadership Command Capability as well.  Earlier in his career, John earned his master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and served as an instructor/assistant professor on the West Point Systems Engineering faculty. 

Kendall Holbrook

Kendall Holbrook combines sharp business acumen with practical knowledge to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Kendall was promoted to be the top executive of Dev Technology on January 1, 2018, but prior to taking on the role of CEO, she was the Vice President of Business Development for the company for 8 years. She is the past Chair of the After School All-Stars D.C. Advisory Board, a local non-profit organization supporting middle school students from under-resourced communities and is a member of the Advisory Board of the After-School All-Stars national organization. She is also a member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a Vice Chair at Large for the Industry Advisory Council Executive Committee under ACT-IAC. In her 27-year career, she has supported a variety of roles and has honed her skills by working hands-on with Government stakeholders to identify IT solutions that help meet their mission requirements. Kendall is an active mentor to women inside her organization and within the Government IT community. Prior to joining Dev Technology, she served in multiple roles at HP Enterprise Services (formerly EDS). Kendall is the recipient of multiple prestigious acknowledgements. She was awarded the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce GovCon 2021 Executive of the Year Award ($75 – 300M) and was selected as a 2022 Washington Business Journal Diversity in Business Honoree. In addition, she is frequently asked to speak on topics related to business strategy and growth as well as leadership. Kendall has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business.

Dr. Susan Lewis

Dr. Lewis is a seasoned sustainability and energy leader, having worked in both public and private sectors.  She holds a PhD in Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware, and two Masters of Science from Nova Southeastern University. She has served as the State Energy Manager for the Delaware Army National Guard, where she built an award winning sustainability program and earned the Delaware Distinguished Service Medal for her meritorious service, while serving as Chair for Facilities Engineering Advisory Council (FEAC) Energy/ Sustainability Subcommittee. She went on to corporate sustainability leadership roles at Comcast NBCUniversal and Campbell's Soup Company.  Particularly notable achievements include Implementing an energy monitoring program across over 300 facilities across the USA, leveraging cutting-edge technology to track and reduce energy consumption; leading groundbreaking efforts to achieve world’s first LEED certified theme park; and leading a Fortune 25 company to their first $1B green bond issuance. 

Marty Reynolds

A senior executive with over 29 years of professional experience, leading teams across many diverse disciplines including cybersecurity, aviation, cyber operations, strategic planning, international affairs, change management, and professional education. Brigadier General Reynolds, United States Army (Retired) is a highly decorated command pilot, an innovative cyber professional, and a thought leader.  He has previously led the Air Force's cyber operational staff responsible for world-wide cyber operations and the Air Force's Information Network.  Additionally, he led a global 7,500-member wing and four expeditionary squadrons supporting operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South America. He has authored numerous articles and given countless speeches discussing a broad-range of topics including information warfare, the future of work, and international affairs.  Currently, he is an active member of multiple associations including the Council on Foreign Relations, National Hispanic Corporate Council, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and Veterans of Foreign Wars to name a few.

Romance Watson

Due to Romance’s long career at SHI International since July 1994 he held numerous positions supporting many major corporate clients in Pennsylvania and Maryland. In 2009, he transitioned to become Manager, Diversity Business Development to enhance SHI’s growing presence with the global supplier diversity community and corporations that value supplier diversity across the U.S. and abroad In January 2016, Romance became the Director of Diversity Enterprise Business which includes joint meetings with Account Executives and their clients across the country; participate as a Senior Leadership host/presenter and content expert panelist; participate in major corporate client diversity summits; participate and sponsor diversity vendor events associated with NMSDC and WBENC. Romance continues to build SHI’s network of MBE-to-MBE relationships which increases our current MBE Partner Tier II program. As SHI’s company ambassador and Director, Global Supplier Diversity, he continues SHI’s tradition demonstrating excellence in leadership, mentorship, management and first-class client support through our companies expanded service offerings globally.
