With over 35 years of proven leadership, Jayshree has driven Frontier’s growth into a trusted partner for mission-critical projects, including large-scale government contracts and innovative commercial solutions. Known for her strategic foresight and a relentless commitment to doing what is best for the customer, she ensures that every solution is tailored to meet client needs with the highest level of service and value.

Dr. Krish Moorthy is the co-founder of Frontier Technologies and has over 35 years of leadership experience in IT services, manufacturing automation, and technology innovation. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has dedicated his career to advancing emerging technologies for government and commercial clients.

Throughout his tenure, Dr. Moorthy has successfully led major programs across industries such as petroleum, chemical manufacturing, telecommunications, and healthcare, specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, process automation, and enterprise systems. He has supported high-profile clients including DuPont, DuPont/GE Composites, Highmark Health, Exelon, AT&T Federal Systems, and various federal agencies.

An award-winning researcher and innovator, Dr. Moorthy holds a provisional patent in business intelligence analytics and has published extensively on manufacturing automation and intelligent sensor technologies. His vision and technical expertise have been crucial in shaping Frontier Technologies’ growth as a trusted solutions provider.

David is a proven operations and technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading high-performing teams and driving organizational growth. As Director of Operations at Frontier Technologies, he ensures operational excellence across IT, cybersecurity, and business process management, supporting the company’s mission to deliver trusted solutions to its clients.

Throughout his career, David has built scalable enterprise platforms, modernized complex legacy systems, and aligned technology strategy with business objectives. His leadership has helped organizations streamline operations, strengthen security postures, and deliver measurable results across fast-paced, highly regulated industries.

David holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Business Intelligence from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Villanova University. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for building cultures of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
