CHALLENGE

The client’s global presence required a reevaluation of their IT security practices to be able to identify threats on a global scale. The client did not have a streamlined operational process for identifying security threats to their global business infrastructure. The security team needed an advanced solution that could handle security information and event management (SIEM) on a worldwide scale.

RESULTS

The SIEM implemented brought the end user to the next level when it came to their detection, analytics and response. This provided a real time analysis of security alerts generated by their global hardware and applications. The implemented platform instantly provided greater global IT security. We had an opportunity to use our internal security experts to provide additional training to their already experienced support staff to streamline the launch. The solution delivered a greater ease of use and the ability to scale up with the client’s changing needs. Not only were the correct tools brought in for the IT security team, but it also brought down overall cost for the client. Better security and lower cost!

The platform provides smarter threat detection that was designed to detect and analyze sophisticated cyber-attacks. The platform can continually identify, analyze and assist in remediation of security threats. The client was provided with a streamlined process through a feature-rich platform - and the accompanying expertise to take full advantage of the implemented solution.
